Nestled within Wimmera Hills Winery, Mrs Baker’s Still House is a family-owned and operated distillery. Jane and Benjamin Baker, who established a vineyard and raised their children on the farm, ventured into the world of gin and liqueur distillation in 2016. Drawing inspiration from their surroundings, they grow many of the botanicals used in their gins right in Mrs Baker’s gin garden, ensuring a truly local and unique experience.
