The journey began in 2016, on the southern outskirts of Launceston, Tasmania, specifically at the Glen Ireh estate located in Perth. Two individuals, namely Adam Pinkard and Adam Saunders, united in their desire to turn a whisky aspiration into a fully operational single malt whisky distillery. Fueled by their shared dreams, ambition, and a spirit of innovation, the Adams embarked on an immersive voyage of whisky exploration and discovery.
