It features a centralised bond store, a dedicated drinks lab, and advanced energy efficiency measures reducing usage by 30%. Spent grain, botanicals, and pot ale are recycled. The increased production scale allows Archie Rose to showcase Australia’s ingredients and distilling innovation to the world, offering quality, local spirits.
