In 2019, the vision for Three Little Birds Distillery took flight, born from the dreams of a husband and wife duo. In 2021, their aspirations took shape as construction began on their Macungie, PA location. With their three kids as inspiration, the distillery opened its doors in 2022, housed within a historic 115-year-old barn.
The founder, Gregory Smith, carried forward his successful journey from the sister company, Hop Hill Brewing, into this new venture. Committed to using only the finest ingredients, Three Little Birds Distillery boasts a diverse range of spirits, including whiskies, vodka, rum, gin, brandy, and moonshines.
Once a livestock auction facility, party rental space, and storage for an old restaurant, the barn now stands as the heart of the distillery. Boasting approximately 1700 sq ft of indoor seating and an attached 3000 sq ft deck, guests can revel in the serene view of the 1.5-acre green space alongside the picturesque Little Lehigh Creek.
